Refunds will be issued within 30 days of when the return is received to the credit card used for original payment. We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable. DELIVERY
Orders placed will usually be dispatched in the same business if the order is completed on week days (excl. bank holidays) before 15pm. Otherwise, orders will be dispatched in the next business day. We will notify you via email with the dispatch information.
We offer FREE shipping for all orders in the UK over £ 25. And if the order is under £ 25, we use dynamic pricing starting from £2.30 per product for Royal Mail Standard or £2.90 per product for Royal Mail Express options. Royal Mail aims to deliver these orders within 3 working days but do allow 3-15 working days for delivery to be attempted. We work to courier company guidelines so will not send a replacement until this time has passed and a none receipt declaration has been completed and returned. Orders will be dispatched in the order received. This zone comprises of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.
We offer FREE shipping on all orders over £ 25 within the EU Zone 1. And if the order is under £ 25, we charge a flat fee of £ 4.15 for EU Zone 1 with Royal Mail International Standard service. Royal Mail aim to deliver these orders within 3-7 working day but do allow 3-15 working days for delivery to be attempted. We work to courier company guidelines so will not send a replacement until this time has passed and a none receipt declaration has been completed and returned. 30 DAY RETURN POLICY
If for some reason you're not happy with your order, you can return it in its original packaging with an online receipt to receive a full refund within 30 days of purchase date. Simply complete the return request from this link, and upon return approval, pack the item(s) to be returned in the original package if possible.
- Returned packages must be returned prepaid, to the address on the return label.
- Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder.
- We're sorry, return shipping fees are not refundable.
- Items purchased in any location other than notebeauty.co.uk must be returned to their original point of purchase.

This return policy is intended to permit a customer to use a small amount of a product to establish if they are happy with the shade, we reserve the right to cancel any order that in our reasonable opinion demonstrates an abuse or ineligible use of this return policy.
For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via Royal Mail or any other insured parcel post. Shipping and handling charges are not included in refunds and customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Refunds will be issued within 30 days in the form of credit to the credit card holder. An email will be sent to confirm receipt and processing of your return. The credit will appear on your bank statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
